〜方
kata · way of doing ~, how to ~
The verb stem plus 方 (かた) means the way of doing something: 作り方 (how to make it), 読み方 (how to read it).
How to form it

How it is used
The object takes の, not を: 「パソコンの使い方」.
With する-verbs, use 仕方 (しかた): 勉強の仕方.
Examples
