ある 市の 図書館が、今年から 「一日 司書」という 制度を はじめました。小学生が 一日だけ 図書館の 仕事を 体験できる もので、夏休みに 行われます。
仕事の 内ようは、返された 本を たなに もどしたり、利用者の しつもんに 答えたり する ことです。本を もどす 作業は かんたんそうに 見えますが、番号の じゅんに 正しく 入れなければ ならないので、思ったより 時間が かかります。参加した 子どもたちは 「いつも かんたんに 本が 見つかるのは、だれかが せいりして いるからだと わかった」と 話して いました。
