スマートフォンの 地図は べんりだ。行きたい 場所を 入れれば、道を 教えて くれる。しかし わたしは、はじめての 町を 歩く ときは、あえて 紙の 地図を つかう。画面は 見て いる ところしか わからないが、紙の 地図は 町 ぜんたいが 一目で 見える。まわりに 何が あるのかを 知りながら 歩く ほうが、その 町を よく おぼえられる 気が する のだ。
