話し上手な 人は 好かれると 言われる。しかし、人に 好かれる 人を よく 観察すると、話が うまい というより、聞くのが うまい ことが 多い。相手の 話に 心から 耳を かたむけ、うなずき、先を うながす。すると 相手は 気もちよく 話し、この人には 何でも 話せると 感じる。聞く 力は、話す 力に おとらず 大切な コミュニケーション能力なのだ。
