わたしは 月に 一度、こうえんの そうじの ボランティアに さんかして います。はじめは、友だちに さそわれて、しかたなく 行きました。しかし、みんなで きれいに した こうえんで、子どもたちが たのしそうに あそんで いるのを 見て、心が あたたかく なりました。それからは、だれかに 言われなくても、じぶんから さんかするように なりました。ボランティアは、人の ためだけでなく、じぶんの ためにも なると 気づきました。
