「時間が ない」と いう 人は 多い。しかし、よく 見ると、その 多くは 時間が ないのではなく、時間の 使い方が 下手なのだ。たとえば、なんと なく スマートフォンを 見て いる 時間を 合計すると、一日に 何時間にも なる ことが ある。大切なのは、まず 自分が 何に 時間を 使って いるかを 知る ことだ。それが 分かれば、むだを へらし、本当に やりたい ことに 時間を まわせる。時間は、作ろうと すれば 作れる ものなのである。
