〜し

shi · and (what is more): listing reasons

〜し stacks up reasons: 安いし、おいしいし、この店が好きだ, it's cheap and it's tasty, so I like this place.

How to form it

Verb / い-adj (plain) + し高いし
Noun / な-adj + だし静かだし

How it is used

Often only one reason is given and the rest are implied: 「今日は雨だし、家にいよう」.

The reasons can mix good and bad points as long as they lead to the same conclusion.
